Geotech workspace terms and commercial disclosures

Workspace version geotech-workspace-2026-09-30. Commercial policy us-commercial-v1. Draft launch disclosures; live financial activation requires owner approval.

Workspace access

Use Stamped for lawful U.S. commercial business operations. Keep credentials private, invite only authorized teammates, and supply accurate records. You remain responsible for quantities, professional judgments, client acceptance, safety, invoice review, taxes, and approvals. An opened link is not customer acceptance. Stamped does not provide professional engineering sign-off.

Information and limits

Upload only information you are authorized to share. This release is not approved for protected federal workloads and is not represented as CMMC or FedRAMP certified. AI is disabled by default for new workspaces; no offline capability is promised. Imports are limited to 500 rows and 1 MB per file. The standard self-service storage allowance is 1 GiB per company, with 10 MB per file and 40 MB per upload. Company setup shows the currently configured allowance and usage. Retention and export requests are handled through support; do not use the service as your sole backup.

Your service fee

No monthly software subscription. Stamped charges 1% of eligible collected job revenue, plus payment-processing costs. Payments received outside Stamped carry the same Stamped service fee. The fee is 100 basis points on actual receipts allocated to eligible Stamped-managed commercial invoices, excluding separately itemized sales taxes. Labor, mobilization, materials, subcontracting and other client charges are included. Deposits and progress collections count once; applying those balances to a final invoice does not create another fee. Loans, account transfers, proposals, unpaid invoices, fictional data, and receipts predating enrollment are excluded.

Two payment paths, one obligation

When your client pays through Stripe, Stamped collects its service fee as an application fee. Outside receipts create a monthly Stamped statement payable by your business. It is not a second charge to your client. A connected merchant account is not required for the direct service-fee path. Stamped fee payments do not generate further Stamped fees.

Authorization, reversals, and disputed payments

An authorized company representative must accept the commercial policy and select an enabled payment path before operational activation. Automatic service-fee collection requires separate payment-method authorization and consent to variable monthly charges. A payout bank account alone does not authorize a debit. Payment confirmation, funds availability, and bank payout are different events. Reversed eligible collections receive corresponding fee adjustments; refunds and disputes require explicit review and cannot exceed the underlying collection. Final refund, tax and contract treatment remains subject to the owner’s pre-launch approval.

Past-due service fees

Statements identify source receipts and outstanding balances. After notice and the disclosed configured grace period, overdue service fees may prevent creation of new work. Existing records, invoices, exports, reconciliation, and information needed to finish ongoing work remain accessible. You must report eligible outside receipts accurately; Stamped does not claim visibility into all company finances.

Other arrangements

Legacy, fictional demo, and owner-managed pilot or negotiated customers retain their assigned terms. Only the Stamped platform owner can change commercial exemptions. A policy change does not silently remove accrued obligations. Custom development, hosting, and integrations require separate agreement.

Workspace acceptance is separate from payment authorization. The Privacy Notice explains handling of information. Existing university agreements and prices are unchanged.
